Please forgive me for the poor quality of photo taken 10 days ago, but if someone would be able to advise I would be v grateful. Also to advise as to reasons for identification

Not so easy to judge the bill proportions in this view, and the red on bill is restricted to lower mandible (as on spotted redshank), but the chest-pattern seems too coarse for spotted redshank. So... juvenile (regular) redshank.
Thank you Butty. I have learned something here. Sometimes it seems one can find a common redshank with red on only the lower mandible
