Ringed Waders- Fife (1 Viewer)

A couple of weeks ago, I took a photo of a Sanderling, that when I viewed it on my computer screen, showed that it had a colour ring. I am taking the colour to be lime green, but yellow is also a possibility. Probably not enough info to identify ringing scheme, but thought I would throw it out there.

Yesterday, while trying to find the ringed Sanderling in the same area, I found a ringed Common Ringed Plover. When I initially saw it, I saw a dark green ring on the tibia (probably left), but I quickly lost sight of the bird in the assembled flock. Picking up on what I believe is the same bird, you can see in the photo that it has a letter coded white ring on the left tarsus. I have tried finding the scheme through CR Birding, but have drawn a blank. Any thoughts on how I might find the ringing scheme?
