One linnet retrap was ringed in December 2013. Two females had the beginnings of brood patches and the last one had a fairly well filled egg so that is the end for this season.

Kestrel
Skylark

The kestrel came down almost onto the net after I had taken a catch, hovered there until I was about 15m away before leaving.

While I was out my wife heard whitethroat singing in our garden.

Mainly forgetting corvids, gulls, non-natives, pigeons and tits.

Many thanks to all concerned, Mike.
