I think this looks good for Rufous-tailed Robin. Anything else I should be looking at?

Agree, Rufous-tailed Robin. The 'scaly' breast pattern is distinctive.
We have had quite a few passing through HK in the last week or two.

Excellent, thanks John. This is my first sighting in Hainan. Marked 100 different species of bird identified in China for me. Thanks a million for your help along the way :)
