Robin-sized bird (Garden Warbler?), London, England (1 Viewer)

Hello everybody,
I'd just like to know what bird this is. I think it might be a Garden Warbler, but not very sure as the bird was far away. Sorry about the quality of the photo.

Looks like a phyllosc, probably chiffchaf.
