If they aren't prepared to take it on, then it seems to me the RSPB may be entitled to take a view on whether or not an urban green space used for leisure and local schools and othe organisations to educate children and adults in wildlife and conservation issues and the sheer joy of wildlife outweighs the short-term improvement in their current account."Transparency" is a mantra for many organisations struggling with the offensives of government and I think it should cut both ways: let the RSPB declare their hand in full.John</blockquote>
