Ruff or Redshank, Slimbridge, Gloucestershire 01/08/2014 (1 Viewer)

This bird was in an enclosure with Avocets and was being reared for return to the wild and the enclosure was marked as Ruff and Avocet. They where young birds. A friend of mine thinks this is a Common Redshank as apposed to a Ruff.
