Hello,
its still a Ruff, hanging wing might caused by injury? Apart from the right chequered upperparts, good colours and bill shape, please note white blaze around bill adding to Ruff-jizz of your bird.

Uncomfortably Numb.
Ruff always looks small headed & a little hunched backed. This & the other features makes a reasonably idable bird.
That can differ in appearance & the size difference between the sexes is quite large but once you’re familiar with the species it’s a fairly straightforward Id.
