Sanderling or something else? (1 Viewer)

The habitat does not remind me of Sanderling but the three pale grey birds seen here do. They are the same birds in all three photos and they are together with some Ruddy Turnstones. They were really far away.

So what is the verdict?

I think you're right with Sanderling. They can wind up in still, fresh water sometimes, especially after storms.
