Saving a Buzzard from a snake (1 Viewer)

The bird looks to be a Short-toed Eagle which ironically, eat snakes.

Based on the strong eye stripe, I'd say the snake is a Four-lined Snake Elaphe quatuorlineata rather than Aesculapian Snake Zamenis lineatus?
