- There are 234 hectares of mixed semi-natural woodland.
- Two Munros are located at the southeastern extremity of the estate: A’ Chailleach (997m) and Sgùrr Breac (999m).
- Two Sites of Special Scientific Interest (SSSIs) are within the estate: Meall an t-Sithe & Creag Rainich SSSI and part of the Fannich Hills SSSI.
- Inverbroom sits within the Transition Zone of the UNESCO Wester Ross Biosphere, one of two such areas in Scotland.
