Second winter? Caspian Gull Oman (1 Viewer)

I believe this is a Caspian Gull but I'm unsure of its age. Advanced second winter perhaps?
Would appreciate comments. Thanks.

it's a first winter/summer. looks like cachinnans but since steppe gull is much more common down there and hardly separable in this plumage there will remain a slight question mark. any other pics?
