Selangor, Malaysia Sound ID (1 Viewer)

The attached clip was recorded around 8:00am in lowland forest bordering a stream at Sungai Sendat, Selangor Malaysia in August. The bird was not seen and while birding in the proximity of flowing water it was hard to pinpoint whether the sound was coming from above (tall mature forest trees) or closer to the ground.
With some online searching I found similar calls from Orange-bellied Flowerpecker, Blue Whistling Thrush, but they didn’t seem to match the pitch and duration of this descending whistle perfectly. Any help would be appreciated. Its possible it’s not a bird at all
