Very high winds in Cardiff. Sad to say they caused the Bulrushes in the pond to snap.

Sept 18th-19th is Moth watch. If you are lucky enough to see a Moth, you can enter your details online. Happy Moth watch all!

After a dull start, we had a glorious day of sunny spells and some fluffy clouds. Warm in the sun and out of the quite brisk NE wind.

Was pretty windy here yesterday and a mixture of cloudy/cold and sunny as the wind was really blowing the broken clouds along. Today... dunno, it's still dark! ;)

Clear skies overnight so it was very chilly first thing but it's now a lovely sunny day with barely a breeze :t:

I'm just waiting for Neil to finish faffing around with his hifi cables as I want to go out!!! I feel like death warmed up - aching body, blocked but also running-like-a-tap nose, and my head feels like it's stuffed with cotton wool.....but I'd rather still be outdoors than staying inside and feeling sorry for myself :-O

The day remained lovely and sunny and very warm :t:

After Neil had been to the doctor's (he HAS got shingles after all but luckily is over the worst stage :-C) we popped down to Druridge Bay and had a lovely relaxing walk on the beach and then watched a Merlin catch a small wader at Cresswell Pond - absolutely awesome! o:)

T-shirt weather here in North Cambs today. Hardly a breath of wind, blue skies and blazing sunshine. The 'northerly's' changed to easterly's and I bet they are southerly's in a day or so.

Slightly grey and overcast up here in Alnwick too but still very warm :t:

The food and beer festival was on and the town was heaving - my poor head was throbbing by the time I locked up at 5pm :-O Thankfully I'm off tomorrow so I think I'll head off out somewhere MILES from tourists!!! ;)

After a grey, dull and chilly day yesterday, today was as if summer had come back. Warm, dry, sunny and thoroughly lovely! Temp up to 20C this afternoon and felt even more with the lack of wind.

Blue skies, sunny, very warm and barely a breath of wind - it's lovely :t: I've got a robin and a wren singing away outside too.

Unfortunately I'm feeling VERY tired as I've had a rotten cold all week and had a very high temperature and aching joints and it's left me absolutely drained :-C All I want to do is sleep :smoke: Part of me wants to just ignore it and get out there but the other part of me just cannot raise any enthusiasm or energy. I think I may pop along to Boulmer later on and see if a bit of fresh sea air helps but otherwise take it easy.
I think a few days of getting lots of sleep, eating healthy foods instead of junk and just not feeling guilty about taking it easy will have me back to normal :smoke:

Malta was lovely with blue skies and sunshine every day and temperatures of 29-30°c.

Today has been warm with some sun but has felt quite cool.
