I'm leaning Cooper's. Streaks on chest are pretty thin and, well, streaky -- in Sharpie the marks tend to be shorter, broad, splotchy and blurry.

You may get some other opinions based on size of head compared to body, or size of eye compared to head, but I don't trust myself to judge those.
