I really like Shieldbugs and endevour to find at least one new species on my foreign adventures . I will post some of the showier ones that i have found on my travels .
1-Chrysocoris purpureus ,Sri Lanka
2-Cantao ocellatus , Sri Lanka
3-Kermana imbuta , Costa Rica
4-Thyanta perditor , Costa Rica
5-Arvelius albopunctatus ,Ecuador
6-Edessa rufomarginata , Mexico .
Tha order of the images is wrong , IDs in reverse order.

Hi guys
Help required with an ID, please.
Spotted today, Glendurgan Gardens, Cornwall, on flowers of Erica verticillata.
Google lens gives me Dolycoris baccarum, but I am not 100% convinced. I know colours can vary, but this was what I would describe as metallic bronze with an orange ventral surface while on-line descriptions say"purple-brown and greenish".
The pics I got don't really show it's true colour, as it was determined not to have it's picture taken.

Found this one in a private garden in NW Cambs UK. The smallest Shieldbug I have seen.
The nearest I can find is Eysarcoris venustissimus (Woundwort Shieldbug).

Can some please take a look?

Yours, Gareth
