Trying to differentiate between different Accipiters in Hainan. I'm thinking this is a Shikra? I apologize about the picture quality, I really need to get a better camera.

Yes, I believe so - the β€˜cute’ face, thick tarsus and pattern of breast streaking supports your ID. The dark (red/orange?) iris suggests an adult male.
