Shimla, Manali or Srinagar in early august (1 Viewer)

Hi there;

I'm intending to do a bit of birding on my way down from Ladakh in the first week of August.

Possible options are Srinagar (with Atu, Pachigam, Gulmarg) ; Manali (with Lama Dhug and the pine forests around) or Shimla (Chail, Narkhanda, Chitkul).

Any good idea about what option is best birdwise? I guess moonson also has to be part of the answer but let's say I don't care about it so far.

Thanks for your ideas :)

Can't help with your decision, but very interested in what you see, so hope you have time to post a report in the trip reports section :t:
