Short-billed or Long-billed Dowitcher, Help with IDs --Taiwan , East Asia (1 Viewer)

These were taken this February in Taiwan, East Asia.
In Taiwan, Only 1-2 Long-billed would pass Taiwan, Short-billed not any documented.

But this Dowitcher bill slightly shorter different from Long-billed typical.
In addition based on the live recording shows this sound "tu-tu-tu" (3s' and 5s' ;Please have a look at the attached link), suspected it is Short-billed.

Please help me to identify who was it?(All photos and sound recording are of the same bird individual)
