I have used a Bush Hawk shoulder mount for more than a year--best used with a straight scope (bit awkward with an angled), with multiple adjustments for most any scope. 80mm scopes are too heavy to comfortably use with the Bush Hawk--I use a 60mm Celestron Wildlife 15x-45x scope that only weighs in at 28 oz. A Zeiss Diascope 65 w/15x-45x zoom would probably be a great set-up, but realize that you are really only going to use up to 30x before the 'shaking' starts in--unless you got something to lean against to steady yourself. Best way to view raptors high in the sky--start at 15x for the wide field of view to pick up the bird, and adjust to suit. Main gripe on the Bush Hawk is the scope mount screw needs to be super tight to keep the scope from pivoting and you got to put a pad on the butt end that's against your shoulder for comfort. No breakage issues (made of ABS plastic), but has stood up well. Definitely worth the $69.00!
