Found this recently deceased small shrew species this morning with attendant ants. Perhaps 30mm without including the tail.
Any pointers?
Thanks

After a bit of googling I decided this must be Crocidura russula (Greater white-toothed shrew) based on its size relative to the hornet and the distributions of shrew species I could find.
