Grey legs traditionally means Kalij... however, some subspecies in Thailand are IIRC disputed as to which of the two species they belong to. From what I can gather the local ssp for Phetchaburi should be L. (l./n.) crawfurdi.

HBW Alive lists this form under Kalij. Rather confusing, because it's also quite a good match for this bird, labelled Kalij, which came up in a Google search - check out the underpart and tail patterns. However, when you try to go to the page to find out where the photo was taken, the image is missing, which makes me suspect it's been moved to the Silver page...
To follow up on this, today in Petchaburi province I photographed several individuals that I would have thought were Silver crawfurdi. Yet our guide (as well as eBird) says these are Kalij. I am now learning that this is (or was) a bit of a taxonomic mess. I've put some details here.
I am defaulting to Kalij for now; I cannot enter Silver on eBird for this region. I don't trust that eBird is always correct on these matters, by the way... in fact yesterday we saw a Buff-vented Bulbul in Kaeng Krachan National Park; eBird does not list this even as a rarity there, although HBW Alive and xeno-canto say it is there...
The Bulbul would have been a form known as cinnamomeoventris, formerly regarded as a race of Grey-eyed but now thought to be close to Olive Bulbul, although possibly a species in its own right.
I assume by Phetchaburi you were in Kaeng Krachan....in which case the perceived wisdom seems to be they are Khalij.
BTW as per IOC (8.1 and I think all recent versions); crawfurdii is the subspecies of Kalij Pheasant in SE Myanmar and SW Thailand whereas closest Silver Pheasant subspecies is lewisi in SE Thailand. i.e. only subspecies of either present in KK is crawfurdii Kalij.

Thanks. We were very near KK, but not in the park; we were at one of several nearby blinds / feeding stations, this one called Bo Lung Sin. Our guide indicated that these pheasants were consistent visitors there.
