Friend of mine asked help for ID this Skua photographed a couple of weeks ago by Ksenija Putili at Veles lake, central part of North Macedonia.

No visible streaking on crown, no rufous fringes to Scaps/mantle, contrastingly barred UTC’s...I’m thinking Pomarine over Arctic Skua.
