I was sent this by my niece in the botanical gardens. I’m afraid I don’t have a clue. Any someone please help? Note, you hardly see the bird so it needs to be identified by its call.

Good shout, but I’ve listened to likely nuthatch species and they don’t seem quite right. I guess we’ll need to wait a few hours.
 
Certainly sounds like a northern cardinal. There's a bird barely visible in the bottom of the frame at the end of the video, which could well be a female northern cardinal (dull color, dark face, large bright bill, seems to have a crest).
 
It is indeed a Northern Cardinal, and probaly a male not definitely though. But beware of Carolina Wrens!

Yes the bird that flutters down onto a branch at the end of the video certainly looks like F Northern Cardinal to me too
