Shot mid November in southern Louisiana, USA, I have no idea what kind of bird this is, some kind of Godwit is the closest I could find. Can someone ID it?

Hello, it looks like a Common Snipe to me,.
But wait, its in the US. So a Wilsons Snipe? Or another similar looking specis, that I am not aware of. But if this bird was from Europe, I would id it as a Commoon Snipe.
I am sure, thiis isnt helpfulll?
