Even before the EU I don't recall having to have a visa or having any other travel issues within most of the member region as it is now. The break up of the USSR means that the Baltic states are thriving in tourism terms and they are stupid if they do anything to jeopardise that such as implementing visa requiremets. The same applies to any of the Countries with fairly newly emerged touristic opportunities.Brits travel an awful lot, that translates to cash and the rest of Europe know it and won't cut off their nose to spite their face......well, the French might!Andy</blockquote>
