Hi, yes I should know this by now, but the blighter wouldn't turn round and then got chased off by a blackbird. Looks like spots rather than arrows to me, and I'm trying hard to make out vertical white stripe behind eye. Didn't actually see it fly, and it didn't make a sound. Thanks so much for your help.
