South Africa, Eastern Cape - Unknown call (1 Viewer)

This was in the mountains near Queenstown/Komani. I was only in the area for two days but I heard this bird three times on my little nature walks. I never saw the bird. I think I heard the bird make other calls, like a sort of morning call, and a locator call, but this call in particular I think is some kind of an alarm call. Stupidly I didn't have any reference material only Merlin app with South African pack downloaded that wasn't very helpful. I thought I got more recordings but apparently
I didn't and this recording is pretty bad. Hopefully someone can help me as I don't think this bird is rare and it's calls seemed unique to me.

The call I'm referencing is around the 25 second mark, the sharp "eeeoooeet"

Thank you for any help.
