I suspect the answer to most of these is either Yellow-Rumped Warbler or Kinglet, but I'm hoping for something else as well

Pictures 1-5 of 9. My guesses for #1 and #5 is Blue-Grey Gnatcatcher?

Thanks! I haven't been there in years but may go to their birding festival next winter to see Whooping Cranes again.

Edit: I see that I cross-posted with Microtus! At least we agree.

#5 is undoubtedly a warbler, maybe Orange-crowned? OC Warbler might not be high in a tree, though...

#7 is interesting, not much to go on. I get the impression of a fairly wide bill.

I think Orange-crowned Warbler is right. I am guessing it was not in the canopy, but rather at low-mid level?

Yes, probably slightly above eye level but in the mid-range area of the tree
