Southeastern Pennsylvania - need help identifying bird call! (1 Viewer)

Hey everyone, the last week or so in the mornings we have heard this bird in our backyard. The call is very distinctive and the same every time but I can't remember ever hearing it before. I tried using a few different birding apps with no success. Can anyone help me out?
