In the second photo it looks to me like an ordinary adult Lincoln's Sparrow. My main concern in the first photo was that the breast color seemed off, but it shows clearly in the second to be the buff expected for Lincoln's. Aside from its not looking much like a juvenile of any species, both Lincoln's and Swamp Sparrows retain their juvenile plumages only briefly; it would be remarkable to find one this late in the year. The shape seems fine to me. The streaking on the throat is minimal, but similar to that seen in most photos of Lincoln's.</p></blockquote><p></p>
