ZEISS. Discover the fascinating world of birds, and win a birding trip to Columbia

Sparrow ID help; Northern California, USA (1 Viewer)

Hello all: new to this forum. Was hoping I could get some help with this sparrow...I was thinking Lincoln's or an immature Song sparrow...Thanks.

It looks (and acts) like a Lincoln's Sparrow to me, 'afraid of its own shadow'.

Buffy base the breast and fine streaks within the white throat (+others) are things making me lean towards Lincolns

Thanks everyone for the help! Lincoln's it is. And if it's not too much, perhaps a confirmation on this? I am thinking Pine Siskin. In the foreground.

And a Golden-crowned Sparrow in the back, with two different White-crowned Sparrows putting in brief apperances, but perhaps you already knew all that.
