Not sure what this stripey fellow in Hagerman National Wildlife Preserve is. Any help welcome!

It sure looks like a Pine Siskin to my novice eyes.
Sorry I don't think it is. We can see reddish (clay) coloured thick streaking to the underparts. This is the wrong colour for the siskin. It would also have whitish or yellowish wing bars. The clearly yellowish bill is the wrong hue and shape too (colour would be black/grey and needle-like).
