I was going for Lincolns but wanted to conform before posting on ebird.

Based on the intensely rufous wings and overall "blended" appearance to the face and upper chest (less fine streaking and sharp borders), I think this one's a Swamp Sparrow.
 
I concur with Swamp Sparrow - in addition to the points made above, I'd add those buffy lower flanks and faint blurry streaks on chest and flanks.
