Hello, Is this a Spectacled? This is the sole photo I got, I'm afraid.

To my subjective eye this looks petite and neat looking. Particularly with that extensive buff pink wash against that contrasting white throat.
I think it is Spectacled...although there’s nothing truly definitive to hang my hat on.

I agree that it is a Spectacled Warbler. The pinkish bill with dark tip and culmen is obvious.
