Can anyone confirm whether or not this photo-of-a-photo is that of a Spotted Flycatcher please? Woodland in North Lanarkshire, Scotland.

Hello,

its a Phylloscopus Warbler. Please note pale, not black bill and coloured legs.
Appearantly pale legs, largely pale bill (not black) and long pp and face expression makes this a Willow Warbler.
