Interesting that they're talking about moving the humans rather than the bears ...

I wonder what costs would be involved in some kind of feeding program some 10's of km away (and difficulties in providing 'wild' food such that it didn't encourage future foraging around settlements - airlift in a dead whale ... ???)

There is no point of taking seriously an uncommented film from social media. Especially from Russia, full of rumour, confusion, fake news and general information chaos.

It could be anything. A prank of a computer graphics artist. A circus bear painted for All Fools Day.

Think about the context. How one would paint a wild 500 kg predator?
