There were also the following there: 3 Yellow-legged Gulls (2 adults, 1 3rd winter), 7 Great BB Gulls, c300 Herring Gulls, c500 Lesser BB Gulls, c250 Black-headed Gulls. These gulls are visiting Swynnerton Landfill and can be seen there, at Coldmeece / Cotes Heath / Copmere too. Other birds at Copmere were 25 Wigeon, 6 Goosander and 4+ GoldeneyesI'd earlier scanned the gulls at Coldmeece which were showing really well from the railway bridge loafing near the lake nearest the road. Here there were 13 Great BB Gulls, 2 Yellow-legged Gulls (1st Winter, adult), c500 Herring Gulls, c750 Lesser BB Gulls - obviously not all of the Swynnerton birds roost at Copmere even though it's the nearest body of water. Also at Coldmeece were 130 Golden Plovers and 600 Lapwings.CheersNick</blockquote>
