Hello, I saw these stints today in a tidal mudflat. Not sure what they are, seems to be in different plumages, maybe different species, three in total. One greyer, two with more red color (red necked stint?). I have little experience in shorebird ID, would appreciate any help. Thanks!

They all appear to be Red-necked Stints, at various stages of moult. Note the short, dark legs, short bill and horizontal posture. Red-necked is the commonest stint in intertidal habitats of Guangdong.
