btw that previous photo was taken at the loisach river in Garmisch, Bavaria. They were probably the most common bird there besides the common blackbird

BLACK-BILLED magpie. The US also has yellow billed.

yup, it is a black-billed magpie!!!!!!

i photographed this in a seward train station in alaska. this was my second ever BBMA and it flew to land on the lump'o'dirt, and was later joined my a second one. magpie wasnt right because it was just split into the The eurasian Pica pica and american Pica hudsonia
