I clean my sensor with the blower first, then I use Pec Pads and Eclipse 2 fluid, I have in the past tried just about everything made, butterfly and some of the other top selling products are OK and will do what they are meant to, (Remove Dust) which you might then think "Job Done" No its not!, the reason I say this is........your sensor acts just like a mirror would if left untouched without fluid, it gets a film on it, when you clean a mirror with lets say Mr Muscle, vinegar or whatever it will sparkle and remove the haze film that has built up on it, even if you left the mirror in a draw all sealed up you would still get the film build up on it. I find that when using Pec Pads and Eclipse 2 it does a fantastic job of totaly cleaning the sensor and removing ALL Dust and the Film Haze , PLUS it seems to make the Image Quality and the POP factor to the image seem like you have a new camera again, I tend to clean my sensor this way at least once a month whether there is dust or not. (ONLY USE 3 DROPS TO PEC PAD ON THE LEADING EDGE) Total cost from W/Express is................. Pec Pads for 100 around £8 Eclipse Fluid 2 enough to clean the sensor 100 times around £10 So if you want your images to have that POP, try it.
