The bird in the front is a juv Least Sandpiper, imo. The one on the background is a Semipalmated/Western, I'd suggest Semipalmated based mainly on the thick bill base and location but there's some suggestion of rustiness on the scaps.

I would have gone for Least and Western, but I don't have a super strong case for Western over Semipalmated.
