Swallow ID Help - Toronto, Ontario, Canada (1 Viewer)

This was from early August in Toronto...not sure if these are Bank Swallows or Northern Rough-winged? I noted the band across the chest but not sure if that was dark enough to make it Bank. They had been flying rapidly among some Barn Swallows nearby.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Northern Rough-winged, note that the throat is brown, a Bank Swallow would have a white throat. Also note that Bank Swallow has a lighter rump than the rest of the upperparts.
