I'll leave the terns. The facial pattern we can see on the first plover matches juvenile lesser sandplover I think. Given the difficulty of identifying sandplovers I'm not sure we can be definitive based on this picture

I cant add much usefull to the plovers, but: the right birds clearly lacks the white neck collar wich excludes Common Ringed, Little Ringed and Kentish Plover. As the bird errects its head with the neck streched, this should be visible.

The plovers are sandplovers, and from the apparent large head and short tibia, I agree that they are most likely to be lesser. Bill size also seems to support this but I agree that it is difficult from a photo.

The terns would be white-cheeked as the default. I can't see anything that suggests they are anything different.
