agree with GMS

you have two birds here:

the larger picture shows a 1cy Common Tern. Please note dark edge of the primaries contrasting against whitish underwing and large orange bill-base. Darkish rump is surely an artefact.

The smaller one is the Black Tern. The appearant large patch on the breast side is part of the adult plumage imo, therefore a moulting adult bird.
