Missouri is really a pretty good location for seeing quite a few birds in all the four seasons, except in the summer when the number of birds drops off considerably. But in the other season we get the migrating birds, moving north in the Spring and south in the Fall. Then, being centrally located in the states we occasionally get some birds from the eastern states and some from the western states. We are currently getting ready to do our annual Christmas Bird Count. We usually tally 75-80 species on these annual counts. I really like living in our present location, St. Joseph, Missouri!</p></blockquote><p></p>
