Toronto birds ID help (1 Viewer)

Well-known member
Hi, I would very much appreciate any help in IDing these birds that I saw in Toronto today (15-May-2021). Sorry about the poor angle/quality of the images.

1) Lincoln's sparrow?
2-4) Poor thrush pics from odd angles - Please help IDing. Is 3 a veery?
6) Bank swallow?

Thanks a lot in advance,
Ajay

Merlin app suggests Philadelphia vireo for 7.. I'm leaning towards a female black-throated blue warbler. Thoughts please?

It's definitely not a Philadelphia Vireo; at first I thought it might be a female Red-breasted Nuthatch, but having checked my field guide I think you're right on Black-throated Blue Warbler. The white lower eye-arc is a good field mark.

Thanks a lot for confirming.

I think there's enough buff color (especially the "spectacles") to call #2 a Swainson's Thrush. #4 looks like a sparrow to me, maybe Song/Lincoln's/White-throated.
