Tyrant (Panama) (1 Viewer)

Luca Boscain
I photographed this tyrant on the island of Saboga (Islas de las Perlas) in April: unfortunately I managed to take just this unfocused picture... the locality should exclude a lot of other species, so my guess is something in between Northern Scrub-flycatcher and Southern Beardless Tyrannulet. Any opinion??

missing the neotropics
I don’t have any confidence in anything based on that photo. I would not generally argue against a warbler, but Tennessee Warbler with what appears to be a gray cap in that photo (thus in adult plumage) should have white under tail coverts. Hard to say if it is a lighting artifact or actual color that makes the coverts look yellowish.
