I think that one simple thing would be to send an email to picasa saying that you object to this illegal action which they are hosting. If you can post a comment on the picture, you could point out that you are the photographer and that Burt has used it in violation of copyright. I don't know if there is any way of sending him an email but you could email him an invoice if so.Lawyer's letters might be effective but if you aren't careful you could end up paying more than you get.Ken</blockquote>
