Than he can demand the personal data (file) of the user "bert" that he can pursuit this criminal offence. Those people must gave him or the lawyer this files otherwise the are handling against §16/1. And this they don´t risk for sure! Johnny can thereafter send an invoice to this user "bert". But allways as registered mail! Give him 2 weeks to pay the official amount x 3 (example: 100pounds x 3 = 300 pounds). Remember: he did not react and has a lot of not allowed pictures on picassa! As on his blog. Don´t forget to claim by Google to delete your pics Johnny, but first take screenshots of picasa and on the blog! Print them for you.When after 2 weeks there is no money go to your lawyer, and egage him with this case. Serves him right.
